A 56% ABV barrel aged spirit, inspired by classic American breakfast pancakes, USA Breakfast Rum is spiced with maple syrup, pecan nuts and blueberries. The results is a sweet, rich, nutty spirit. 56% ABV.

USA Espresso Martini
50ml USA Breakfast Rum
50ml coffee liqueur (such as Kahlua)
50ml freshly brewed espresso coffee
Spoon sugar syrup
Coffee beans (to garnish)
Shake the ingredients with ice until cool. Strain into a glass and garnish with coffee beans.

This rum is delicious! Was much stronger than I anticipated however, after playing around with this, I made a cocktail that was SO good! – 25ml USA Breakfast Rum, 25ml Kahlua, 25ml Espresso and 25ml Vanilla Sugar Syrup… this rum makes a surprisingly good Espresso Martini 🙂 – Would definitely buy again.
