You will need
50ml of Next Generation Gin
60ml of Pomegranate juice
1 Teaspoon of honey
Ice cubes
Soda water
Fresh pomegranate
Sprig of mint
Method
Add the gin, pomegranate juice and honey to a cocktail shaker, add the ice and shake well until the shaker cools and the ice melts a little. Pour into your favourite cocktail glass and top up with soda water. Garnish with fresh pomegranate and a sprig of mint.
