Batch Signature Gin and whinberries are cask-aged in a Cognac barrel. Whinberry Gin is finished with with a minimum of sugar syrup. Not what you’d expect from a typical sloe; complex and versatile. Sharp and fruity with notes of oak. 40% ABV.
Description
Whinberry Whizz
- 50ml of Whinberry Gin
- Fever-Tree Ginger Ale
- Lime peel
- Fill a glass with ice, swirl and drain excess water. Add gin, top up with ginger ale and garnish with a slice of lime.
