Cat’s Paw Gin is inspired by traditional Old Tom recipes dating back to the 18th century. Distilled with 14 botanicals it balances spices such as cardamom and cloves with a sweet lemon, ginger and honey syrup. Sweet and peppery on the nose, while on the palette, sweet notes give way to a smooth, liquorice finish. ABV 37.5%

I love a good Old Tom gin and was wondering when Batch would do their own and I’m so pleased they did. This did not disappoint. Got a second bottle and genuinely love this one. Make sure you grab a bottle if you can
