All data we hold about customers and suppliers is held in Cloud-based solutions that have comprehensive security standards.

We do not store credit card details or share customer details with any 3rd parties, unless it is required (i.e. postal address), in order to fulfil our obligation to you and provide our service i.e. transactional purposes: We will use your personal information to manage transactions such as credit card payments for any products that you order from us or our agents, or for the fulfilment of such transactions (e.g. delivery).

We will only communicate with you via by email or post, if you have given us permission.

At the time of collecting personal information, we will identify the purposes for which information is being collected.

We will collect and use personal information solely with the objective of fulfilling those purposes specified by us and for other compatible purposes, unless we obtain the consent of the individual concerned or as required by law.
