Don’t be limited by the traditional gin botanicals like cinnamon and cloves – we have used garlic, mushroom, custard apples, herbs, nuts and honey in the past. As long as we are able to source the ingredient from one of our suppliers, it can be included. Juniper is a given so you don't have to list this in your choices.
