Batch Apple and Honey Gin was first created for the Jewish Festival, Rosh Hashanah. Our Head Distiller was inspired by the tradition of dipping apples in honey and chose to balance these flavours to produce a sweet, mellow gin. 42% ABV.

Certified Kosher.

    Really beautiful gin and makes an excellent Bee’s Knees…
    50ml Batch Apple and Honey Gin
    25ml Lemon Juice
    25ml Orange Juice
    1 teaspoon of honey
    Shake well with ice and strain into a coupe glass.
    Absolutely beautiful 🙂
