This winning recipe from the 2020 Club Member Collab was inspired by Anna. She chose the botanicals olive, oregano and tomato for us to work with. We took these and balanced them with other ingredients such as lemon, peppers and orange to craft a herbaceous, savoury gin. 43% ABV.
