Buddha’s Hand

Buddha’s Hand is an exploration of Chinese flavours, with distinct botanicals such as sichuan pepper, galangal and star anise, balanced with traditional gin botanicals. The addition of buddha’s hand complements this gin’s bold aromatic notes, with juicy citrus.

This is the second release of Buddha’s Hand Gin. Originally produced in January 2018, it was our first ever Innovations release. Since then Buddha’s Hand has been highly sought after and was awarded a Bronze medal at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition in 2018! We brought it back as our members asked for it time and time again.

botanical list

Apricot, buddha’s hand, chrysanthemum, cinnamon, coriander, dates, galangal, juniper, liquorice, pomelo, Sichuan pepper, star anise, zedoria.

New label

Our graphic designer, LadyJane, created the label artwork for both releases of Buddha’s Hand. For the second release Jane inverted the hand of Hamsa and went for a bold red colour. The hand of Hamsa, facing down symbolises luck, goodness and abundance, believed to give the owner success, harmony, and protection. Compared to the first label, where the upward facing hand symbolises protection and wards off evil.
