It may sound a little unusual but this cocktail perfectly balances the flavours of A Quarter Of. This recipe calls for Absinthe, however you may prefer to substitute it for Batch Absinthe Gin… If you have any left!
You will need:
50ml of A Quarter Of Gin
Orange juice to your taste – (we like approx. 150-200ml)
A bar spoon of Grenadine
A splash of Absinthe/Batch Absinthe Gin
Pour all of the ingredients into a shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into your glass. Garnish with an orange peel twist – cheers!
