Whinberry Warmer

You might think gin is reserved for hot summer days, with the sun beaming down. A Gin and Tonic is renowned for being crisp and freshening. But that’s not all gin has to offer. It can perfectly transition to colder nights, as the dark evening creep in and we retreat under blankets on the sofa and big woolly jumpers.

We have the just drink to celebrate these cosy autumnal nights in. This Mulled Gin recipe is the perfect Batch Whinberry Warmer you need to keep toasty!

You will need

200ml Whinberry Gin
150ml Cointreau
500ml Cranberry juice
Mulled spices, if you are an Innovations subscriber these will have been included in November’s delivery.

If you need to gather your own mulling spices, we recommend, cinnamon, star anise, all spice, cloves and cardamom.

Method

Add all of the ingredients to a pan and stir over a gentle heat until warmed through. Serve hot with a wedge of orange and cinnamon stick.

This indulgent tipple will keep you warm for hours. Cheers!
