This Negroni is made with November’s Innovations Club release, Whinberry Gin. Our playful twist on a sloe gin, we take our Signature Gin recipe as a base, cask-aged it with whinberries, then added a minimum of sugar syrup to ensure this rich gin remains sharp, with bold, fruity notes.
Cosy up on these colder nights with a Batch Negroni.
You will need
30ml Whinberry Gin
30ml Aperol
30ml Sweet vermouth
Ice
Orange
Method
Put all of the ingredients in to an old fashioned glass and stir. Garnish with a twist of orange.
