Release #11 is ready to land with Batch Innovations members. We can hardly believe it is the penultimate release in this year’s line up. It really has been a whirlwind journey for our spirits club. Kicking off the year with a handful of members, it has been amazing to watch Batch Innovations grow. We have seen the launch of a new Innovations website, a loyalty points scheme for members and lots of exciting spirits and artwork!
Anyway, back to this month’s release and it’s a fruity number. Raspberry Vodka is a botanical blend of apricot, thyme, cranberries, lemon and of course, raspberries. The flavours are balanced to deliver a sweet, berry spirit.
We’ve produced green and black coloured spirits this year but this is the first colour changing spirit we have released. Pour in a Mediterranean tonic and watch it change from blue to pink! Did you know that blue colouring used to be added to raspberry flavoured products to differentiate between strawberry and cherry? We used butterfly tea flower to give this Innovation its colour.

50ml Gin
25ml raspberry syrup
Juice 1/2 lemon
Lemonade
Raspberries
Combine the ingredients, leaving aside the raspberries. Shake with ice, strain and serve. Garnish with raspberries and enjoy.
