John had the fun of being May’s Innovations Club member of the Month. Getting an early and mystery sample of Batch X Defiance Gin, then developing different serves. “Cracking fun, really nice. Enjoyed making some cocktails up but definitely the nicest was with triple sec and light tonic though it worked well with soda water as well.”
We asked John to feed back his tasting notes and describe this gin “Very fresh taste, not over flavoured, good all round gin”
