Tasting notes
We asked Helen and Amy to give us their feedback on this month’s secret sample and they picked out fruity, orange and lemon notes – not bad ladies!
Perfect Serve
After trying the gin with lemon tonic and rhubarb & raspberry tonic (our chosen ‘perfect serve’ at HQ), Helen and Amy couldn’t decide on just one delicious serve and instead, came up with two rather fitting serves for this month’s gin!
For something zingy and “amazing” try:
50ml Herb Pillow Gin
Indian tonic water
Fresh Ginger
Orange Peel
Or to get those tastebuds tingling, try their second recommended serve:
