Nellie Melba Gin Fizz



Nellie Melba Gin Fizz is made with July’s Innovations Club release, Peach melba Gin. Inspired by the Great British summer time and is distilled with heaps of summer fruits including peach, strawberry, mango and raspberry. Sweet peach notes are balanced with punch juniper and a hint of spice. Serve with tonic and garnish with raspberries and peach.

For this sweet and sophisticated cocktail you will need:

50ml Peach Melba Gin
25ml Raspberry Syrup
Squeeze of lemon juice
Prosecco
Freeze dried raspberries on rim
Twist of lemon 

Method:

Rim the cocktail glass with the crushed, freeze dried raspberries. Stir the raspberry syrup, lemon juice and gin with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail or champagne glass. Top with Prosecco and garnish with a twist of lemon.

If you’re feeling extra indulgent, use Peach Melba Gin to make the perfect, mid-day cool off – an ice-cream float!

You will need:

50ml Peach Melba Gin
25ml Raspberry Syrup
Squeeze of lemon juice
Ice cream 2 scoops or to taste
Soda 

Method:

In a tall, chilled glass, add the Peach Melba Gin, the raspberry syrup, lemon juice and stir. Then add the scoops of ice-cream and top with soda, drizzle on more raspberry syrup and garnish with as much fruit as you can handle! This boozy dessert is the epitome of British summer time and perfect for entertaining at a garden party, so sit back, crank up the radio and enjoy!
