Our club members are the first to try this exclusive gin – with floral notes of rose and sweet raspberry that blossom on the palate, this is a delicate and elegant gin. Exactly the profile distiller Ryan was hoping to create. He says…
“We have worked with floral notes in the past and brought out a gin in lockdown that used botanicals from the rose family, so I knew in which direction to take this gin. I wanted it to be less floral and slightly sweeter so I worked hard to balance some of those delicate notes.”
“Many of our members and customers have told me that they are yet to find a gin with a rose profile that they enjoy, so I wanted to challenge myself to change those opinions. Let me know what you think of this month’s gin!”.
Perfect Serve
Pour 50ml of gin over ice and top with pink lemonade. Garnish with strawberries and if you’re feeling extra hang a chcolate dipped strawberry over the side of your glass 😍
