The All Aboard Cocktail is reminiscent of hot nights in Hoi An, providing all the refreshment you will need in the summer heat. Made with August’s Innovations Club release, Vietnamese inspired – The Train To Hoi An Gin.
Inspired by our travels across Southeast Asia, The Train To Hoi An Gin delivers unusual notes from the botanicals, durian and betel nut. Balanced with exotic lime leaf, lemongrass and cardamom, the results are a sweet and fruity gin with a smooth and creamy finish.
For two, you will need:
50ml guava juice or puree
25ml freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
25ml freshly squeezed lime juice
Lime wedges to garnish
Chill two cocktail glasses. Add gin, guava juice/puree, grapefruit and lime juices to a cocktail shaker. Add crushed ice
and shake until chilled. Strain into cocktail glasses and top each glass with Cava and garnish.
