Chatni Gin

Introducing Chatni Gin, January’s Innovations release.

Part of our Inspired by India collection, Chatni Gin features a blend of Asian ingredients. Sweet and spicy with notes of juicy mango, this aromatic gin includes botanicals such as amchoor, nigella, chilli and a rich mango syrup. Taking inspiration from Garam Masala Gin, now Head Distiller Ryan, has developed this recipe as using a blend of Indian flavours. Packed with mango in distillation, its sweetness, is intensified by a syrup made from amchoor powder, mango, cumin, cardamom , cloves, nigella and chilli.

Chatni Gin is jam-packed full of flavour so we suggest you keep the serve simple. Serve over ice, top with Indian tonic and garnish with a lime.

For January’s release, Ryan, has developed a sweet and sharp Chatni Martini cocktail.

10ml lemon juice
1 tsp mango chutney
Orange twist to garnish
