Our Innovations Club members are happily working their way through December’s Innovations release, Christmas Gin. While this gin makes a festive and refreshing G&T ’tis the season to add a little sparkle so why not try this prosecco topped cocktail to help you get the party started.
You will need
50ml Christmas Gin
50ml Clementine Juice
150ml Prosecco
Dried orange slice
Fresh sage
Method
Add the Christmas Gin and clementine juice to your favourite cocktail glass and top with 150ml of chilled prosecco or your desired serve size, it’s Christmas, there are no rules! Garnish with a slice of dried orange and a fresh sage leaf. Cheers.
