The Corpse Reviver family of cocktails are intended as ‘hair of the dog’ hangover cures, hence the name! What better nod to our Absinthe Gin than a twist on the Corpse Reviver 2 recipe. Check it out below.
To make:
50ml Absinthe Gin
25ml Cointreau
25ml Lillet Blanc or Vermouth
50ml fresh lemon juice
Shake all of the ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled glass.
