Mediterranean martini made with this month’s Greek Gin.
It’s that time again, It’s All Greek Gin is our sixth brand new release of the year. Crafted in collaboration with Anna, one of our Innovations Club Members. When we produced this Greek inspired, herbaceous gin and savoury gin, we knew we had to go for a martini cocktail. We’ve used Kalamata and green olives in distillation, and the addition of olive bring adds a salty tang we just can’t resist! This one is simple to make with just three ingredients!
You will need:
50ml Batch It’s All Greek Gin
15ml Dry White Vermouth
A jar of Kalamata Olives in brine
Method:
Pour the gin, vermouth and a splash of Kalamata olive brine into a cocktail shaker with ice.
Shake well and pour into a chilled martini glass.
Garnish with the Kalamata olive.
