Rum Ice Cream Float

We’re in the midst of summer and it’s been hot! A G&T is a perfectly refreshing but, well, we’re feeling a little indulgent here at HQ. Maybe it’s the upcoming holidays and long weekends? We’re not sure but our ‘treat yourself’ mentality is strong! So here it is, a real treat using this month’s Sherry Cask Rum, the Batch ice cream float.

50ml of Sherry Cask Rum
200ml of Cola
1 scoop of vanilla ice cream
1 lime

Pour the rum into a tall glass, top with cola and float the ice cream on top. Grate lime over the ice cream.

This certainly floats our boat.
