This month’s Innovations Club cocktail is the ultra-refreshing Scandinavian daiquiri. Made with May’s release Ginavit This cocktail is clean and simple, the perfect Scandi style. Fresh lime cuts through the herbaceous profile of this Aquavit inspired gin.
Ginavit is our take our take on a Aquavit, with added juniper transforming the traditional Scandinavian spirit into a gin. Ginavit is distilled with classic aquavit botanicals dill and caraway, balanced with fennel, anise, citrus and juniper. The result is refreshing citrus on the pallet, giving way to a savoury profile with a full-bodied juniper finish.

You will need:
50ml Ginavit
25ml Fresh lime juice
15ml Simple sugar syrup
Star anise
Shake all the ingredients with ice, then strain into a chilled glass and garnish with a star anise.
