We are sharing two cocktail recipes that use Guinness as an ingredient and are perfect for Paddy’s Day celebrations. With a combination of Batch Sherry Cask Rum, Batch Vodka and the iconic Irish stout, these St Patrick’s Day Cocktails will certainly get you into the mood for the weekend.
Guinness Black Russian
25ml Batch Vodka
25ml Kahlua
100ml Guinness
100ml cola
Ice
Pour the vodka and Kahlua into a shaker with ice. Shake until combined. Pour into a tall glass with ice and add the cola, stirring gently to combine. Top with the Guinness and garnish with a wedge of lime.
Guinness Martini
50ml Batch Sherry Cask Rum
25ml espresso coffee (cold)
25ml Batch Vodka
25ml crème de cacao
100ml Guinness
Pour the rum into a shaker with a handful of ice. Add the cold espresso, vodka, crème de cacao and shake. Remove lid and add the Guinness, stirring with a bar spoon. Strain into a glass and serve.
