Need the perfect recipe for cooling down in this sunny weather? Check out this fruity daiquiri cocktail – inspired by strawberry split ice lollies and our Apprentice’s sweet tooth! It uses Apprentice’s Vodka – our latest Innovations release!
To make you’ll need (serves 2):
50-100ml Apprentice’s Vodka
2 strawberry split ice lollies
100g strawberries blitzed (sieve once blitzed to avoid seeds)
Handful of ice
25ml sugar syrup if you like it sweet
Blitz the strawberries and pass through a sieve to remove seeds. Combine the ingredients in a blender and blitz. Serve with your favourite strawberry flavoured sweets!
