Native UK bilberries, known in Burnley as whinberries, are steeped in our Signature Gin and oak-aged in our Cognac barrel, with a minimum of sugar syrup, resulting in a complex flavour profile. At 40% ABV Batch Whinberry Gin isn’t your typical sloe gin or liqueur.

Allspice berries, Angelica root, Cardamom, Cinnamon, Cloves, Coriander seed, Frankincense, Juniper berries, Lemongrass, Myrrh, Nutmeg, Orange peel, Sugar syrup, Whinberries.
Taste
On the nose are spicy, fruity notes. On the palate, a complex flavour profile, fruity with hints of oak. The finish has a warming spice.
