Cat’s Paw Gin is March’s limited edition release. Inspired by Old Tom recipes, spicy botanicals such as cardamom and cloves are balanced with a lemon, ginger and honey syrup. A delicious spirit on it’s own but as always, we’ve found the perfect cocktail for you Innovations delivery, the City Kitty Cocktail.
Rock the going out vibes while you’re stuck inside with this month’s Club cocktail. Combining fresh citrus, bitter Campari and sweet Cointreau. This refined drink is packed full of flavour and booze!
You will need:
50ml Batch Cat’s Paw Gin
25ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
25ml Campari
25ml Cointreau
Pour the ingredients into a cocktail shaker, fill with ice and shake well. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass; garnish with a lemon twist.
