This month we have this super easy recipe for you. A Rose Between Two Thorns gin cocktail. It is made with Don’t Bottle It Up, May’s Innovations Club release, which is a floral and fruity gin.
This gin speaks volumes for itself so we’ve gone for a really simple cocktail. A Rose Between Two Thorns gin cocktail uses St.Germain which works perfectly with the sweet and delicate floral notes. A splash of fresh lime cuts through the sweetness of this cocktail and defines the floral flavours.
We’ve crafted this month’s Innovations Club release to be more than just a gin. We want to create meaningful conversations over great drinks. So shake yourself a cocktail and jump on that zoom call with your nearest and dearest – we may be apart but that doesn’t mean we can’t have fun together!
You will need
50ml Don’t Bottle It Up Gin
30ml St. Germain
15ml lime juice
Prosecco
Fig
Method
Add the gin, St.Germain, lime juice and ice to a shaker. Shake well and strain into cooled glass. Top with prosecco and garnish with fig. Enjoy with your loved ones – even if it’s virtual for now.
