The green fairy returns
Absinthe Gin was our 6th limited release back in June 2018 and has since become the stuff of legends. This month we’ve brought the legend back to life! Our second batch of limited edition, green fairy inspired gin, is bound to fly off the shelves.
A unique blend of botanicals
Using botanicals such as wormwood, hyssop, anise and fennel, we gave this spirit distinct notes found in Absinthe. A savoury gin with hints of coriander, give way to a sweet, herbaceous profile.
