We sent Sue an early sample of March’s gin. As our Innovations Club “Member of the Month”, we asked Sue to test drive the next Club release and develop a perfect serve. At the time Sue had no idea what this gin was distilled with, and chose her recommended serve based on taste testing alone.
I tried it neat first and its a really crisp dry gin, with a slightly savoury taste. I’m always a bit wary of experimenting with elderflower tonic but I thought it could go well with this gin so gave it a go. With a wedge of lime, it pairs perfectly, and brings out the refreshing flavours of the gin.
