Our small distillery sits in an old renovated Lancashire mill, in the shadows of Pendle hill, with its rich and spooky history of the notorious Pendle Witches. Our take on Red Witch cocktail is the perfect concoction for this months Innovations release.
A wickedly simple recipe:
Add ice to your glass
25-50ml A Quarter Of Gin
200ml dry, good quality cider
Garnish with a slice of apple, a sprig of mint and a blackberry – cheers!
