“I have tried the January sample and it is lovely. I tried a few different tonics and mixers but came back to standard Indian tonic… I use Fever Tree light. I added a slice of clementine, for a little Christmas feel and it was lovely.”
January’s Member of the Month was Megan, we gave her a sample before Christmas, when she came to the distillery to collect some of our 10th Anniversary, Burnt Malt Whisky. We love Megans serve, the simple tonic allows the flavours from the bold Chatni Gin to shine and the clementine garnish sits nicely with the juicy mango used in distillation and in the syrup of our latest release.
As Batch’s Member of the Month, you get to taste our new gin before anyone else. We post it to you the month prior to it being released to the Club. You’ll get to taste test our latest gin, develop a Club member serve and once the finished product is released, you’ll get a bottle personalised with your name!
